1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Vimor, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Vimor.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use Vimor on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
3. Limited license
Subject to these terms, Vimor grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for lawful personal or internal purposes. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or distribute Vimor except where applicable law expressly permits it.
4. Your content
You retain responsibility for the photos, videos, audio, and other material you import, edit, organize, or export using Vimor. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content.
You are responsible for keeping appropriate copies or backups of important media. Vimor is not a substitute for a dedicated backup service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Vimor to:
- Violate any law, regulation, intellectual property right, privacy right, or contractual obligation.
- Create, process, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive material.
- Interfere with the operation or security of Vimor or attempt unauthorized access to related systems.
- Introduce malware, automated abuse, or other code intended to damage or disrupt the service.
- Misrepresent your identity or use Vimor in a way that infringes the rights of another person.
6. Third-party services
Vimor may contain links to or rely on third-party platforms, stores, or services, including Google Play. We do not control those services, and their separate terms and policies apply to your use of them. Availability may vary by device, region, or platform.
7. Vimor ownership
Vimor, including its software, design, branding, graphics, and other materials provided with the app, is owned by or licensed to Vimor and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
8. Availability, disclaimers, and liability
Vimor is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or media format, or that the app will be free from errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vimor and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use Vimor. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Suspension, termination, and changes
You may stop using Vimor at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect Vimor, users, or third parties, or when these terms are materially violated.
We may update Vimor or these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted with a revised date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
